Over the past few weeks, a video has gone viral of a man named Yaakov Fauci, in a New York accent, asserting to a Palestinian woman whose house that he has forcibly taken, “If I don’t steal it, someone else is going to steal it.” The video has prompted global attention towards the violent dispossession occurring in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem.
The only issue I take with your article is that the JDL’s attack on Alex Odeh wasn’t an attempted assassination, it actually took place. No one has been brought to trial in over 30 years and the perpetrators are living free today in israeli settlements on Palestinian lands
Hamzah, you say that Fauci graduated from college in 2002, the same year as the fraud indictment came down (per the linked AP article). Press reports state that Justin Fauci was 36 years old at the time of his sentencing in 2006, making him around 52 now - yet you describe Yaakov/Justin as being 42. How do you explain these timeline discrepancies?
The person in the article mixed him up with Justin F Fauci from Point Lookout, NY, who was also tried by SDNY & was 36 at the time of charge in 2003.
Justin C Fauci from East Meadow, NY, is the only Justin C Fauci from Long Island(and one of two in the US according to LexisNexis). And it was a Justin C. Fauci who was charged with forex fraud in 2003, not in 2002.
The date of the AP article you linked is May 14, 2002 and describes Fauci as "among eight new defendants charged in a federal case brought last year." Was Fauci graduating from college in May 2002, or was he an experienced investment broker being charged with fraud?
So you understand that the article mixed him up with Justin F. Fauci of Point Lookout, NY?
I don’t think one has to be an experienced investment banker to engage in forex fraud. One can easily make phone calls out of a dorm room at Brandeis. The reality is that a Justin C. Fauci was charged. There are only two Justin C. Faucis in the US, according to LexisNexis. And there is only one from Long Island. You draw your conclusions from that.
You mean the AP article? So in support of your case, you linked an article that describes a separate financial criminal who happens to have the same name? But both the 2002 AP story and the 2003 court documents you linked identify the firm in question as Evergreen.
The article that identifies him as 36 and from Point Lookout, NY is wrong. That is mixing him up with Justin F. Fauci of Point Lookout, NY. Do you accept that fact that the person who worked at Evergreen was not the Justin F. Fauci of Point Pleasant, NY? This article here gets the guy wrong. https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/redcatsboards/fraud-mastermind-gets-prison-t13661.html
The case of Justin C. Fauci was heard in 2003, per the link below. An article in 2002 reporting about a case that is heard in 2003 isn’t all that suprising. If you are asking if it’s possible for a man in college to do forex fraud, I say yes. You accept that a Justin C. Fauci was charged at evergreen in 2003, yes? And that the AP article and the link below is talking about that case? https://casetext.com/case/tzaras-v-evergreen-international-spot-trading-inc
Very informative and truly impressive

There are only two Justin C. Fauci’s in the US per LexisNexis…One from East Meadow, NY and one from Missouri.
The man at Evergreen was a Justin C. Fauci from Long Island. Reach whatever conclusions you want with that information.
